If I don't deliver, then you get to bring it to my attention and allow me to make things right within 24 hours. If things are not right within that time frame, you may cancel our agreement.

I will educate and assist you through the entire process, from how to obtain a home loan, finding the perfect home, writing the offer, negotiating with the seller, assisting in finding a home inspector, going through the final walk-through and being with you at closing, when appropriate.
